At Shop Nearly Yours, every piece is made to order with care and because of that, we do not offer general returns or exchanges.
All Sales Are Final
Each item is embroidered or printed by hand and made just for you. For that reason, all sales are final. Please double-check sizing and product details before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please reach out within 3 days of delivery at shopnearlyyours@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’re happy to help make it right.
Processing & Shipping Times
Please note that processing times are noted on each product listing. Orders may ship earlier or later depending on order volume. Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive tracking via email.
Lost Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed in transit. Please contact USPS (or your selected carrier) directly if your tracking shows issues after shipping.
