Processing Time

All items are made to order. Please allow 1–2 weeks from the time of purchase for your order to be created and shipped. Each piece is handcrafted with care to ensure the highest quality.

Need it sooner?

We are unable to offer rush shipping or expedited processing under any circumstances, regardless of the reason. All orders are handcrafted and processed in the order received within our standard 1–2 week processing time.

Order Status & Updates

Please allow a full 3 weeks from your purchase date before emailing us about your order status. Orders within this window are still on track and within our normal processing and shipping time, so reaching out before then only slows down response times for everyone. If it has been more than 3 weeks and you still don't have tracking information, please contact us and we'll gladly help.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Standard U.S. delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after your order has shipped. International delivery times may vary.

Tracking & Delivery

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email. We are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once they leave our studio, please contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery issues.
